Placing your order with us, forms a contractual offer from you, the customer, to rugbyshop. A binding contract of sale is formed once your order is despatched and a Despatch Confirmation Email has been sent.
Under the Distance Selling regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order up to the end of the fourteenth (14th) day following the day you have received your order.
If you wish to cancel you order, please write to us by letter, fax or email with details of your cancellation. If you have received the products, please parcel them back up and send them back to us.
We will refund the cost of the cancelled products back to you plus the delivery charge you paid at the time of ordering based on our standard delivery service (Standard 48hr Service, or Standard Airmail Service depending on destination).
Orders for personalised items, underwear or food/nutritional items can not be cancelled.
